Become A LDRBRND
Unlock the thought-provoking mindsets you need to discover your inner LDRBRND.
Hey there! I’m Gene!
You’re probably wondering…
What is a LDBRND?
Simply put, it’s a framework to help you become a better marketer by being a better leader.
You see, I decided to start this business because I believe that I can do more than simply be a cog in a big organization’s machine. People are incredibly important to me and I strive to serve them with everything I am. I want to be a listening ear, to ask questions, and to help you find blind spots.
This is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
This is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I don’t give blanket advice. Everything is customized to you, your struggles, and your talents. During our coaching calls, I’ll give you options and suggestions. Together, we will analyze, research, dive deep, and bring in outside resources to help you enhance your skills and improve yourself.

Who is Gene?
My approach to leadership and marketing relies heavily on my own deep, faith-based convictions, and the experience of working with people across various backgrounds and generations.
I’ve gained decades of experience by working with people like you:
- I spent the last 2.5 years building a brand on social media that connects leadership and marketing
- I have more than 21 years of leadership experience
- I completed my BS and MS in Management at the University of Maryland University College
- I have seven years of leadership roles in the US Air Force with diverse teams of up to 15 people
- I spent three years in corporate America leading a team of 24 people (seven direct reports) over a wide geography
- I spent three years in a mom and pop bakery supervising a small team of two to four bakers
My Story
I am a first-generation American and the firstborn son of a Bulgarian dad and a Puerto Rican mom. I was born in New York City and grew up in South Jersey. When I was 21, I joined the Air Force and lived in a few different areas, including San Antonio, Monterey, CA, and Baltimore, MD. I’m a husband of 10 years to my darling wife Katie and a stay-at-home father of nine-year-old adopted triplets.
While the kids are in school I have roughly seven hours to build something wonderful. If you have heard Simon Sinek speak recently, he talks about a “just cause” being an important part of playing the infinite game. This speaks to me. I care deeply about building something that leaves a legacy and serves others well beyond my own life.
I’m all about helping others out and, ultimately, I hope to help more kids in need, especially children in the foster care system looking to be adopting. This business is a way I can connect and create more families and to help facilities that can help kids who desperately need it. This is a driving passion of mine. As such, a portion of the proceeds will be given back to foster care organizations and non-profits.
